
Refund policy
All slime orders are final sales. Slimes cannot be returned due to safety concerns once opened.
Refunds may be issued for the following reasons: Note that exclusions may apply due to certain circumstances.
(In most cases we send replacements when an error has been made.)
-The order was not delivered. USPS tracking information is needed.
-The wrong order was sent/received.
****Refunds are not Issued for the following reasons:
-No longer in need of the product.
-Deciding to cancel order post shipment.
-The order arrived broken, but the slime is still ok.
-Scent preference as scents are subjective to the customer.
-The customer over-activates the slime or adds/does something that we do not advise.
-Slime is under-activated and the customer refuses to activate the slime.
-Accidentally ordering and informing us after the order has shipped.
-Order delivered to the wrong address due to an invalid address given by the customer.
-No picture/video proof of the wrong product.
-Returns are not accepted once the original packaging has been opened.
Lily Vanilly Slime will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized transactions, especially if the customer has not taken adequate measures to secure their account or has delayed reporting the incident.
